They are specially designed to minimize damage to the enamel.

The 12 fluted carbide burs are used mainly for initial resin removal.

    FG carbide bur

    Finishing lingual and facial surfaces

Controlled debonding without scratching of the enamel

    Corrosion-resistant finish

    Ortho carbide burs

Our 12 fluted carbide burs are made of one-piece tungsten carbide for maximum efficiency in adhesive material removal.

Straight Blades - Advanced blade configuration makes it ideal for composite materials. The blades provide an additional control - there is no spiraling to pull the bur or composite material. They produce a superior finish and last longer due to ideal blade contact points.

Spiraled blades - Standard blade configuration for amalgam, metals, dentin and composites.

Ideal shape for finishing all facial and lingual surfaces

Specifically designed with orthodontic debonding and finishing in mind

Controlled debonding without nicking, scratching or abrading the enamel

    Corrosion resistant finish

Smooth, friction grip shank – 1.6 mm width

    18 Fluted

    Head lengths – Small = 5.7 mm, Long = 8.3 mm, Tapered = 7.3 mm

    High speed

Dry heat sterilizable up to 340°F/170°C or autoclavable up to 250°F/121°C

Carefully designed blade structure, rake angle, flute depth and spiral angulation combined with our specially formulated tungsten carbide results in the powerful cutting performance of our burs. Boyue dental burs are engineered to deliver the most efficient cutting rate & performance for the most popular procedures.

Boyue dental burs carbide cutting heads are made with high quality fine-grain tungsten carbide, which produces a blade that is sharper and wears longer compared to less expensive coarse grain tungsten carbide.

Blades made of fine grain tungsten carbide, retain shape even as they wear. Less expensive, large particle tungsten carbide dulls quickly as the large particles break from the blade or cutting edge. Many carbide manufacturers use inexpensive tool steel for the carbide bur shank material.

For shank construction, Boyue dental burs uses surgical grade stainless steel, which resists corrosion during sterilization processes used in the dental office.
